Nature Exports Co is one of the world’s largest manufacturers and exporters of  Dehydrated Onion, Preserved Onion (Silver Skin Onion in Vinegar-Acetic Acid), Fresh White Onion, Fresh Red Onion and Garlic since 2003. Based in India, we handle the entire production process right from growing the produce to processing and packaging it for overseas markets. Our produce of fresh White Onion, fresh Red Onion and fresh garlic are grown on our own farms in the heart of Gujarat. This fertile region is known as the Kashmir of Saurashtra – Mahuva and the climatic and soil conditions are perfect for this crop. We monitor every stage of growth ensuring that the right amount of nutrients and crop care is undertaken.

State-of-Art Infrastructure

Once the crop is harvested, it is shifted to our state-of-art Manufacturing and Packing Plant. The best of the produce is selected for export based on various parameters.

The plant has a high degree of automation and based on the end product sought, they undergo various processes like chopping, mincing, grinding and so on. The special machines play a role in keeping the original taste of the product intact. High levels of hygiene and the best industry practices are practiced. Each product is quality checked at various stages and then packed into stay-fresh containers.

Packed products are stored at our spacious and well-constructed warehouse. We have also installed sophisticated raw material storage and cold storage facilities for onions and garlic to prevent deterioration of quality of the material during storage.
